Radically shift this 950 acre oilfield barren landscape into a new Los Angeles Central Park. Step 1- disassemble oil based infrastructure. Step 2- reconfigure for algae biofuel production. Step 3- use biofuel to run cultivation system to restore the original biodiversity.
